About the Author

Janet Neal is a woman who believes in the power of women helping other women. She learned this through her careers as a teacher, an entrepreneur, and her 20 years with IBM, where she formed the IBM NJ's first work/life balanced initiative. The author of "Soul in Control: Reflections of a Reformed Superwoman (Balboa Press, 2012), Janet is also a contributor to The Huffington Post, Mogul, and hosts her own weekly web show entitled "Superbwoman Sundays at 7." She resides in Montclair, New Jersey.
